北高峰骑行，从浙大老和山到北高峰
宁海的山，专治各种不服。 在六只脚看到有人走大环线，9～10个小时，难度水平：难。 我想着能有多难？ 于是带着狗，开了5小时车，提前一天从上海到了宁海，当晚睡车里，第二天一早七点开始走。 起初路段符合我的“轻视”，简单随意就走下来。 第一个正式进入防火道的爬升，就给了我一个教育，80度的陡坡直接拉升一两百米，接着一个80度下坡，再降一两百米，再下降的同时，你就看到下到谷底后，等着你的下一个80度爬升陡坡… 带着狗，水也没带够...

第一次走，期间有一次走错路了…一从北高峰准备往美人峰走的时候，拐错成了下山到老东岳的路，往回爬… 到石人岭的时候本来继续往前爬，可是一看时间不早了，于是回到石人岭从法喜寺下山了

牌楼里→里哗山顶→老焦山→外桐坞→大清岭→罗坟尖→竹竿山→九曲岭→石人峰→龙门山→金鱼井下山。外桐坞到大清岭那走错路到龙坞公墓去了于是绕了一下。金鱼井下山的那条路一半是土路一半是石板路，龙门亭附近往北的一条小野路。罗坟尖到竹竿山走的也是土路。
