This Hiking tour covers all the mountain chain on the West side of the XiHu Lake.
一年一次测试体能，全程约24公里，爬升约1600米，用时5小时48分钟。
从古荡老和山山脚开始登山，途经老和山、秦亭山、将军山、美女山、灵峰山、状元峰、北高峰、美人峰、龙门山、石人岭、狮子笼、九曲岭，然后拐入小路翻过天竺山，到达从龙井村上来的十里琅珰，到三叉口后，没有继续走向梅家坞，而是右转至万山林背，经五云山到九溪村。
天气：晴，气温39度 全程里程：9.5公里，爬升：422米，下降：415米，移动用时：2：32小时。 参加人员：小馒头，强強，飘摇，花花，葛记，葡萄酒，地保，冬瓜皮，大肚皮9人。 登山结束，在茅家埠179聚餐。
