    今天多云，气温15-20℃。一人在北区花了8个多小时自虐九龙湖到保国寺穿越：06:38坐384路到九龙湖公交终点站，07:27出发，先后经回风见义岭、二步梁、凤浦岭、夹破岭、泰渡庵、姚泗殿、福福泉、大桃花于10:15行至三界亭稍作休整，后经观界亭、积德亭沿岭岗、梅尖岙、三圣殿水库于12:00至秦山村，在路边中餐休整，半小时后翻过竹林至毛岙村，沿毛力水库机耕路于13:50到达毛力村，沿公路经方李村于14:40至荪湖，后沿北山游步道经小灵峰...

    本这周去上虞覆卮山，周四时气象预报虞嵊州有小雨，安全起见还是决定放弃，改走九龙湖达蓬山。 走之前向老鼠问清了收费点的详细坐标，基本是沿着他的轨迹走，全程16公里左右，走走玩玩7个半小时，暴走了4公里的环湖公路，下次可以把圈子规划得再小点，风景区的时间延长一些。 回来时暴走环湖公路有点累，下次可以车停九龙湖大门，从左侧香山教寺上山，再往西穿九龙源风景区到山顶。 余姚户外登山FB群：10164663
