    2012-04-22 11:10从公交车下来，不到五分钟就过了高速路，开始爬山了。经过坦头村、深山村、三堂、老陈山、罗山村、倒垄坑村，螺丝潭，洪岩，罗胜，从老鼠岭下山到茶山。 历时近6小时。 路上坡度较小，基本没有难度。
