    我们常说的登同山一般都是从西圃村上山，也就是所谓的东线，但很少有人知道同山还有一条更好的西线。西线的起点靠近萧镇林家村，至同山寺的距离约1.4km，相比东线，西线却更为幽闭，而且一路上升，几乎没有平缓路，因此上升过程比东线更为艰难。由于走的人较少，西线的环境也更好。
