    This paddle is better planned around high tide; unfortunately we did it around low tide, fighting the current both ways and running out of water in the creeks. Apart from that it was beautiful and serene.

    Beautiful at dead low tide. Orton Point works well to estimate tides. Ship came by on way back and even paddling out of the canal it made for a nasty wake due to low water.
