Trail is fairly muddy, but it was a nice late afternoon hike in early January. Between this and the southern part of the greenway is a stream that seems pretty difficult to cross.

3 days after heavy rain. Upstream was moderate except when crossing beaver dam by high tension wires. Saw wood duck in a man made house. Stopped by trees blocking stream.
Rather rigorous climb with numerous scrambles up and over large rocks. The views are entirely worth it, but definitely wear appropriate boots and be in good shape.
Went down river towards I-95 bridge to start. Turned around before it got to shallow and chugged up river.
Warrenbrook Golf Course - Somerset County public golf course. I hiked it during the winter to get an idea distance golfers would walk while playing. Elevation is actually between 500 and 750 feet.
Short hike through beautiful Clayton Park in Imlaystown NJ. Wooded trails weave down towards a winding Creek until you come to a secluded pond.
This ride actually has some elevation change. Mostly uphill Northbound and downhill Southbound. No good shoulders except on US 40 Westbound. I did this whole route in one hour flat.
