    There is water (little river/stream) in all the trail. A good water filter I think it's enough. The hiking starts at 3880 msnm at the Soraypampa camping site. At 4150 msnm (Salkantaypampa) there are some drinks to buy....

    1st and 2nd days going up are really dificult given the altitude. After making it to the 3rd day the descent is easy and mostly along the car roads. Great time!!!
