    Varied landscape with a lot of options for a long hike to the top of the Mountain or a smaller tour with support of a short bus ride. We did the long one and enjoyed the way back along the river (nice scenic and views).

    穿越龙背山抵达龙湾海滨 —————— 晚饭后，从望海花园小区出发，步行前往龙背山，沿着山脊走到尽头，从斜坡下到射击场院外，沿着313医院院墙,穿过树林，来到海滨公路，穿过马路到达海滨广场。尽管已经晚上八点，海滨广场和沙滩上游人如织，沙滩经过一个冬季的沉寂，又恢复了往日生机。还有人在海里游泳，夏天真的到了！ 全程5公里，耗时90分钟。消耗卡路里1000。
