Spaulding was very interesting, multiple view points. A bit difficult in some area, and need to cross a small river.
This is just a combination of trails that made up a portion of the 2022 Carrabassett Valley challenge 25K route. We started at the Nordic Center and ended up at the airport. Plenty of other great stuff to explore here!

from Caribou Valley/Pond Rd 8/13/11. the bushwhack off Redington on this track is not a good route. see my track from 6-12-14 for the preferred route
From the AT crossing on the Caribou Valley Rd. Steep blocky climbing up to the ridge; after that its pretty sweet.
Do not follow my bushwhack from BW1 to F! try going to F from AT2 F-A are waypoints from teo and that part of BW is fairly easy (old overgrown logging roads)
