    Great mix of wide gravel roads, beautiful single trail and some roads. Share the trails with the hikers and adhere to good trail etiquette! trails are not that difficult, but parts of the ride are a little exposed.

    Took 7 hours. I left at 0930 and only just got back to the cable car in time for 1700 so some of my route might need tweaking as I was rushing a bit and took a more direct route.
