Some off road running along the spruit. The only really tough hill is when you have to go up Bantam next to Delta park.

All offroad. Take care in the first two km because you cover some loose ground. If the weather is clear you should get a good view of the Jhb skyline.

New parkrun event in Johannesburg. Quite hot. Oveer 700 people arrived for the event. Parking could be a problem for the future.
