Not as fast and flat as advertised. Lots of twists and turns with no major hills. Lots of little bumps.
The first two km are on dirt road but the rest is on the paved pathways. If you get a good start then you could try for a PB at this parkrun. A very gradual climb from about halfway to the finish.
The newer version of the Midstream route. They moved the start and finish to be in the same area. Some off road running, but most of the route is on paving.
