    Beautiful trail ( especially the red dot trail). But hard to run in some places due to the very rocky ground. Worth the effort but careful for yr ankles

    Nice scenic hike. Only difficult if you decide to cross over the beaver dams. Also we did the trail in reverse and therefore did not know about the closed portion of the trail. Signs do help. :)

    This is a short loop hike can be done with the family. The steepest part is in the Vista Loop trail coming from Scarlet Oak Pond towards Halifax Trail. Close to the end a small waterfall can be reached.

    Fun trail. We took the red dot trail up and the blue dot trail down. The red dot trail is steep and the blue dot portion is not quite as steep. The small waterfall is on the creek near the end of the loop.
