Lots of ice on the trail once you start heading North after the first mile. Microspikes were life savers. I love this trail the views from the cliffs are wonderful.

Partial hike to falls. Trail is more or less a steep incline of rocks and roots path up the mountain. Wide a wide drainage run path. Not for the short winded or older non hiker.
