    Lovely "Mountain View Trail" with a view of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau the whole way. From Grutschalp, short train ride returns you to Murren. One of my favourite hikes!

    Return hike from Murren to Rotstockhutte- stopping off for beer and food at the hut before returning with an offshoot to get tremendous views across to the Jungfrau mountains. Not hard but some steepish ups and downs.

    Uphill but easyish hike up to Schilthorn. Glorious views of the mountains en route and at the top. I’m going to take the cable car down to save my aging knees!

    A 4 hour walk along the Mountainview Trail to Grutschalp, returning along the main trail back to Murren. Fantastic restaurant in Winteregg! Great views and not too difficult to complete.
