Relatively easy ride down to Bride Valley and Little Bredy from Dorch, then to Swyre along the fantastic Coast Road to Abbotsbury, then Upwey, over the Ridgeway and into Froome Valley. Magnificent ride Rolling Hills.
Newtownabbey Antrim loop Mostly quiet rural roads some busyish B roads and a bit of cycle route. 1 nasty little climb at Donegore but it's short.

Suggestion: On the way back, when reaching the deviation to Milhouse (On the left), take it towards Hesket Newmarket, and return to the start point using the same way. This is to avoid the traffic on the road to Wigton.
