Itinerary description
Circuit of 34 miles including a lead-in section from Dunblane (railway station) to Bridge of Allan (railway station). Almost exclusively on off-road trails and paths in Clackmannanshire such as Dollar Railway path and Devon Way. Fine views of Ochil Hills. Flat. Mixture of tarmac and stone-dust surfaces. Suitable for bikes with medium-weight tyres. Good eating at Fleurs Cafe, Dollar. Otherwise, pubs and cafes in Bridge of Allan, Stirling University, Causewayhead, Menstrie, Tillicoultry and Alloa.
