    A lot of dunes and sand in the shoes :) A great walk passing some villages and along the cliffs most of the time. You also pass the place where one of Portugals great fado singer lived. A beautiful spot.

    Nice hike along the river, the savage Atlantic coast with beautiful views. Hike continues through the inland which is boring, but when approaching Odeceixe it is nice again.

    Historic way. Half way possible to eat in restaurant. Flat walk, no sand walking on gravel. If you are doing the full fisherman’s route and need a break from sand dunes the historic route is a good alternative
