Awesome route through the National Parc Verdon. 90% pavement and some little Offroad trails at the end
Great trail but not for the faint hearted as when you get higher it gets very steep and loose rock. I used low range and diff lock. I have a little fear of heights and a little bit of wee came out on the way back down!!...
Great day, ignore the first 12 miles cause that was all tarmac to get to the off road part of the route. After that wonderful views, loads off road great day! Happy trails...
Had to hit a lot of tarmac to find petrol station. Some beautiful bits, some might be tricky after some (heavy) rainfall. Last track through the woods was pretty overgrown.

Great trail going up into the scrub on stony tracks, with the bonus of a fantastic quarry area to play in.
Great route, bit of tarmac bit off road. Started the day picking up some fresh French bread from a “vending machine” in Gavisse. Nice views, we enjoyed it.
Not that much off road, maybe 20%, so, not as much as we usually do... but lovely scenery, views and villages.
Gravel road, high mountain pass between France and Italy. Some road sections may require a high 4WD vehicle.
A beautiful but long trip, with a nice variety of different type of tracks. In Val d’Isere we drove on a road to the ski tracks. Unfortunately we only had mid and snow tires which were to slippery on the green grass. Esp...
Going up the Risoul ski-area before going up parpaillon. Both roads were in worse condition than for example the Assietta. But both very doable if you have proper ground clearance. Coming down from Risoul there is a sh...
A father and daughter tour at the beginning of October 2012, enjoying the "Indian Summer" in the beautiful scenery of the Pyrenees, the wild horses and other animals; touring from East to West in 10 days.
2* giorno. Dopo la prima colazione, partenza da "Auron" imbocchiamo subito uno sterrato in mezzo alle piste da sci in direzione " ST Etienne de la Tinèe ". A parer mio questo tratto di strada ( parco Nazionale del Merc...
This is the route we plan to use in the summer of 2016 to go over the Pyrenees from North to South including Andorra Although i have listed as moderate as we have not driven it yet i cannot be sure of the rating. Will up...
Moderate to difficult but extremely beautiful route. Be carefull with detours - we meet some extremely difficult descending only for experts. This drawn route doesn't include this areas of the route.
Hard gravel road, rocky track, beautiful scenery, beautiful beaches. Driving alone was very hard, a spotter would have been very helpful at some points. Very narrow some times, from side to side, as well as height, due...
When travelling the D6204 / E74 to reach the starting point of the Via del Sale from the French side, you also do have an alternative route climbing up the mountains via old military roads. As always in this area: Awesom...
Nice route from Casterino to col de Tende passing fort Margerita and fort Central. The descend of the col de Tende to the France site is still block with some big boulders so you need to descend on the Italian site and t...
Starts from D31 Very muddy if it was rainy Forest ambiance with some technical places Nothing too big just a little tour. Winch is needed if it is muddy ;-) Woodyard area
Very easy drive up to the tunnel. Option to go down the same way or drive down on the other side where it is a bit steeper and rocks
Team Coddiwomple Lorraine Day 2. Burtoncourt - Bambiderstroff Some tarmac, some off-road and some pretty nice views....
Go and check the official website www.altaviadelsale.com for purchasing a ticket for this toll road. Access is limited to a certain amount of vehicles per day, so it makes sense to purchase a ticket upfront and not at th...
Fantastic drive up to Col de Parpaillon, with magnificent views at the top. After going through the tunnel a beautfil descent, look for Eagles, mountain marmot and other wild life. We continued our trip with a drive up ...
From Ventimiglia to Mont Blanc crossing the Alps on offroad track as much as possible. Free camping every night. Back to Italy from the Gran San Berardo pass. Last day quick tour in Valle d'Aosta.
Trail of no particular interest. I am sharing only to show which tracks are passable, because I bumped into a lot of gates all over, which is really annoying so I hope I can save you guys some trouble. It starts in A...
