    It was the first time I visit the area. At an altitude of around 2000 m, trees are mostly Junipers and Cedars. We camped under the stars and the next day did a small hike. Pleasant weather, awesome scenery.

    Dahr el adib - Kornet el sawda Very nice trail and easy doable by everyone. The weather was good in the beginning, a bit of light rain in the end. Notice : if you want to do it in winter/fall season better start early.

    Nice easy long track to the highest point in Lebanon on 3088 m. You can't fail the way. I walk to the point and back I made a mix between walking UND running.

    Technically easy hike to the highest peak of Lebanon. When we went there was still quite some snow so on the way down the recorded trail doesn’t follow the road. There were shepherds with quite aggressive dogs.
