    Great single track. Not overly technical. 1st half track sweeps through waist high ferns, with views along the dam foreshore. 2nd half more scrub , some rocks. Great fun track . Parking and toilets at start of track.

    Almost entirely on bike paths. Very safe and pleasant. Some timber boardwalks through Boondal which are quite bumpy on the bottom.

    Capalaba to Redland Bay On bike paths, goes past the mtb trail park at Cleveland. Went up Dinwoodie Road to avoid the heavy traffic on Redland Bay Road. on footpaths otherwise.
