Itinerary description
The event was very good organised, all the volunteers were very friendly.
2 rest stops along the route, first in Eagleby and then Coomera.
Extremely bad weather, so much rain. A headwind on the last 15km before getting to Southport, dispiriting and hard to keep a good speed.
Completed on my urban commuter bicycle (700x32).
For some reason beyond me, 15 km are missing on this track, lack of gps signal I guess. It took me almost 5h to complete 100km , so avg speed of 21kmh-22kmh.
Overall good fun despite of the rain.
