Mosfilerí. I run it using hiking course. So there no defined way time from time. Just forest and rocks and goat paths. Beautiful track, with high gradient segments.

This is a hard one. First 3 km difficult to navigate, gps is a must. After that navigation is ok. Around 2.5km you need to use your hands to climb a small cliff. Nothing extreme but good footing and mobility is required....
