Itinerary description
The fourth trail race of the La Sportiva Cyprus Mountain Running Series 2016 is approaching and promises wonderful moments, prizes for the lucky ones and the winners, a beer for every participant and nice company as always. Come and run at one of the most scenic mountain landscapes of our country.
Start will be at 9am from Riverland Bio Farm. Runners must be at the starting line at 8:40am for the race briefing. The approximately 18-25km D+500-800m route (still under design process) will move inside the heart of the Madari forest, going both up and down nature trails and off the beaten truck. It's going to be tough with many technical sections but rewarding.
Prizes: The first man and first woman will win a pair of breathable La Sportiva running shorts value 55-45 euros each and the second man and second woman will win an authentic multifunctional Original Buff Visor High UV value 22 euros each. All participants and volunteers will receive a gift voucher value 40 euros for the purchase of La Sportiva mountain running shoes from GET OUT. A lucky man and woman who finish the race will receive a wonderful Contigo Europe Metra mug value 35 euros each.

There will also be a free family race 2km for families and kids. Everybody welcome.
Runners take part in this race under their own responsibility and must follow the marked route.
Compulsory gear: cell phone, water 500ml.
Recommended gear: mountain running shoes, sun protection and/or wind-rain protection according to weather.
There will be one checkpoint / refill station approximately in the middle of the route.
Prizegiving at 1pm at Riverland Bio Farm. You can enjoy a natural breakfast/lunch made from 100% organic products with only 5 euros.
