All tarmac roads through fields and small part through forest. Start and finish is from the campsite itself Beauregard. This run is relatively flat with in totall 50 meter heigh difference. Which make it an easy run.
Starting point is Le Marisol camping. Follow the road to the left before the beach. It's all flat and you have gravel road all the way. After the bridge there are two parallel road one gravel and the other with pavement....

Flat, sea level run. It has about 4 km which are on a protected delta area which can be quite muddy after rains.

Up and down the Duhamel trail, with a triangle detour. Parking spaces available at the top of the trail. Plenty of wild boars in spring. Deer, woodmice, birds. The occasional hominid. Recommended.
There was a moment I got lost and I had to take the motorway, but fore sure there is a way to go there without passing through the big road.
