    Good route. Probably the most picturesque way to do Scafell. Make sure you go clockwise as this route suggests otherwise the descent is much harder.

    Not a great day weather wise but the rivers were still flowing pretty wild and deep over the falls (even some canyoneers in the higher Esk). Lord's Rake to the top, gentler way back over Slight Side and on to Hardknott.
