Pleasant walk around Lake Matheson. On a day with a clear view of Mt Cook (no clouds) plenty of cool photo ops, specially at the View of views.
Short 20 min. easy walk to a viewpoint looking out towards the Fox glacier. Lovely little walk, but not more than that. The river walk to the other car park is closed due to landslide.
A clam and relaxing walk with several resting areas. Bring your picnic lunch and snacks to sit down, enjoy the nature.
