Easy to follow up the hill and along MBT. Down the hill first well marked with red/white plastic, but at a left turn the bands go straight for 50m, then stop. (A practical joke, maybe?) Trail continues over and downward....
The F Trail part is pretty iffy as far as a proper trail but did spit us right onto the bike trail just across from where we needed to head back down to finish off the hike.
