Lot of old track changed (out dated). Hamm circle is a nice technical single trail. Second part, lots of steps, some technical trails and (for me) walking steep hills (up).
Woods towards Itzig - Weiler Overall easy, but with some difficulty parts in the forest, with no real paths to follow (at least in summer) Muddy parts, even at the end of a dry summer!

4.0Hike is mostly in the woods and goes along the airport runway for a small stretch. Two longer uphill parts but on the whole a pretty manageable walk. Trails are full of tree roots so path is a bit rugged.
