    The big climb up used to be a steep, scary gravel mess but was recently paved. The road along the river is pretty wet and overgrown with a straight drop instead of a shoulder.

    The first half of this route was overgrown so it was tough for the kids. There's an alternate start point through a neighborhood a little ways up the road that allows you to drive up.
