Walk from Laxsman Jula along the main road to the path up to the highest waterfall. The path keeps going into the hills if you want to follow it.
Hike from Lakshman Jula to Neelkhanth through Rajaji Tiger Reserve (pathed the whole way). Pretty steep walking for the first 6km stretch into the park. Allow 2-3.5 hours per leg.
