    Oops! I left my hiking poles outside the van and had to retrieve them, so I added some distance to my hike. I met up with the group on the Lookout Trail and we enjoyed a lovely Fall walk through the woods.

    Alouette Mountain - the hike starts with a straight trail up the mountain to a roadway. The next section is through a lovely old-growth cedar forest. We went as far as the helicopter pad.
