Great walk today ran into my neighbor on the trail forgot to pause my app and chatted with him about an hour. By the time I was done it was hotter then heck out but I gotta good 5 miles today.
I was trying to beat the bad weather I just made it. I think I have another stress fracture in my left foot it’s incredible painful I didn’t think I could finish the walk today.
Took my Jagger I don’t know who is in worse shape him or me. Doc Grover said he’s a bit non-athletic and needs to decrease his body mass by about 15 lbs. I think if we shave him we can knock at least 5 lbs off that numbe...
Not much to see on my little hike today just a hawk and me sweating my but off. Although it’s only 73 in this humidity it feels like 93. Now for a little cool down then my daily kayak

Sometimes gods path for you is planned. I wasn’t going to walk tonight because of my stress fracture but I felt like I was supposed it’s good that I did I hope these people will be ok.
My hike was cut short today by a monsoon like rain storm. I’m just glad I managed to get a little hike in before a friend passing by stopped and picked me up.
There was a grass fire in the distance the smoke was really thick
