Itinerary description
Took my Jagger I don’t know who is in worse shape him or me. Doc Grover said he’s a bit non-athletic and needs to decrease his body mass by about 15 lbs. I think if we shave him we can knock at least 5 lbs off that number. Anyway we stopped several times to catch our breath and enjoy the views.

Looks like your Covid recovery continues to be good. See you took a nice walk at a slower pace, but a walk nonetheless. I started swimming at the YMCA.
I’m experiencing severe PEM after exercise even simple walking it takes me a few days to recover and I typically run a high fever from it. The Dr has no explanation he ran a ton of blood work and cannot explain the high fever 102.5 after a couple days it goes away then when I walk again it returns and has me down for a couple days. He believes it’s PEM it’s very frustrating I just want to wake up normal we have pin pointed the cause of the aneurysm they gave me large amounts of Leviquin it’s a side effect it may also be responsible for my wide spread joint pain and a few other things. The hearing loss in my left is is likely permanent I will be traveling to UofM but we believe that is from the hydroxychloriquin so maybe long hauler syndrome isn’t really a syndrome but perhaps side effects of medications given to treat the illness.
