Good well marked walk. Former agricultural area with remains/ruins. Beautiful tranquil river and above great views. Walk could easily be extended. Moderate, with the odd bit of a scramble, otherwise an easy walk.
Beautiful walk to river and Fonte Benémola. From the Fonte we then walked part of the “7 Fontes “ trail before finishing back on the Benémola route.
Lesley and Rob led this walk on 25 March 2022. 50 min drive from Tavira but worth it! Beautiful views, streams, mills. We saw lots of ‘naked men’ (flowers)
