Hike inside the site. We started with Jabal Harun where we had our lunch enjoying the view over the desert. Went back and up again to the sacrifice site with another splendid view over the site.
A beautiful hike that takes in some great sights. Note: There are some steep exposed old stairs carved out of the rock, so maybe "easy" is not the right description for everyone.
This trail will take you to all the highlights of Petra: As Siq, viewpoint from Jabal al Khubtha to Al Khazneh, central Petra, Ad Deir, three viewpoint over Wadi Araba/Israel and High Place of Sacrifice.

This trail start from a little bit after the visitor center on the left and goes through the treasury from above and the high place of sacrifice. Prepare good shoes.
