Avdhoú Velani to Agia Fotini is easy walk. For in the cave take a light with you. The Flektro part is difficult ; with no pad to walk to the Flektro site
This direction is a lot of down hill. Make sure your shoes are fitting correct. The Lyttos site is small. But the walk is beautiful .

Roza gorge from Velani and back over Kera and monastery. Very nice route with a restaurant after the big clime in the gorge.
