This hike in Highlands, near Victoria BC uses the narrow connector between Mt Work Park at Munn Road and Mt Stewart Rd in Thetis Lake Park. We often add Scafe Hill when hiking this trail.
Mt Stewart via the Mt Work Connector from Munn Rd. Add 1 km to the distance as the GPS took so long to get the first fix. Call it 8 km total. Signposts were much improved and they led us to a loop new to us.
