This is an approximately 40 km tour via mostly cycle and shared paths, with some occasional onroad sections through quiet streets.
Starting at Marysville First 4.5kms is steep around 8-12% then is eases all the way up. The downhill is so much fun
Boondall North to Nudgee Beach and return via Schultz’s Canal with Pam, Leigh-Anne and Rick. 2x recumbent e-bikes and 2 people powered road bikes.

Get Wikiloc Premium Upgrade to remove AdsQuick loop around Flagstaff Mountain although the first 5km does involve just over 200m of climbing up some tough hills with 4 - 8% gradients. After that there is 20km of downhill to flat cycling.
Along the well maintained cycle path from the fishing jetty at Narooma to the far northern end of the cycle path at Dalmeny.
Following the river on bike/walking tracks...few small errors in route and stopping at market at the Powerhouse
Mainly quite country lane then steep climb up the dam wall for a nice flat 4 k recovery across the dam and back then as fast as your nerve will let you back down the wall . Country side Views are awesome . Fantastic litt...
A good bike shop for the cycle tourist. This shop specialises in touring, Tandems, Cumuter and Cargo bicycles. The owner laves a good chat especially about bicycle touring, as this is what he does.
This goes around the bay area, around docklands and then to start of the Federation trail - once past Werribee through to Little River, Lara and then the Geelong dock area -
Great ride to increase the length - connects via bike paths and includes the Yarra Boullie which is nice view of the city
Almost entirely on bike paths. Very safe and pleasant. Some timber boardwalks through Boondal which are quite bumpy on the bottom.
A flat ride through the back streets from Mona Vale to Dee Why via the Narrabeen Lagoon circuit. Coffee on the way home.
At long last the circuit around Narrabeen Lagoon is complete. A very pleasant 9 kilometres of lakeside cycling with varying surfaces. Twice around this time.
Lovely ride from Boondall North to Sandgate via Shorncliffe. Stopped at The Bay cafe for a brekky break.
Went with Pez, Tim, Lloyd, Ruth, Jill, Baz & Bruce. Good pace - quite a bit of road cycling. Drinks n dinner at Ship Inn afterwards.
On my second day my first destination were the Forrest caves, I made a stop at the cowes bazaar and gallery.

Cycle to painted cliffs, fossil cliffs then hike up bishop and clerk. Return cycle via convict reservoir. Then ferry back to Triabunna.
Capalaba to Redland Bay On bike paths, goes past the mtb trail park at Cleveland. Went up Dinwoodie Road to avoid the heavy traffic on Redland Bay Road. on footpaths otherwise.

Manly Dam great 7.5 km Bush trail around the reservoir . Nice combination of waterfall, cascades and lovely bushtrack
Megalong Road. Actually started at the finish point but forgot to turn on the GPS. Quite a nice ride, but it was hot. Nice tea house for morning tea along the ride.
This is a very easy ride with the only climb over the Yarram Gap
