I'm an avid hiker, and belong to the Mountain Club of South Africa. Being a friend and supporter of several local Nature Reserves in the greater Cape Town area, I visit them on a regular basis. I enjoy hiking alone, and in groups. When hiking solo, I run and speed hike. Trail running keeps me busy too 😁
