As a seafarer, I spent a fair chunk of my life looking at a mostly horizontal horizon of a palet of blues and grays.
Trekking in the mountains brings an appreciable depth of field and a richer palette of warmer colours. Being in nature allows me to immersed myself in the present to appreciate what I see and whom I am with.
