He studied Rural and Survey Engineer in the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he participated in lessons of Social Geography and Geographical Information Systems in the Utrecht University and took his Master in Planning and Regional Development from the University of Thessaly in 2001. He has published in scientific conventions essays in the Geographical Information Systems, he has trained new engineers to Geographical Information Systems and he has a survey certification in Planning and Topography. He is member of the Technical Chamber of Greece from 1995 and also in Hellas GIS. He has accomplished a variation of surveys, public and private and he participated in researches of the University of Thessaly and the Aegean University. He has been technical advisor of the Municipality of Nea Anchialos.
Lately, besides his professional obligations, he tangles with underwater surveys and cartography in archaeological sites. He has been elected president of the Magnesia department of Rural and Surveyors Engineers Association.
