Via Dinarica

Via Dinarica

The Via Dinarica’s main route—the White Trail—is a “mega-trail” that connects all of the countries of the Western Balkans: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia.

The Via Dinarica is the Balkan Peninsula’s answer to the Via Alpina in Western Europe or the Appalachian Trail in the United States.

The Via Dinarica is a cultural corridor, which links some of Europe’s last remaining Old World culture.

The Via Dinarica is a business engine which extends from mountain tops to cities and villages and has the potential of comfortably supporting thousands of tourists across the Balkans every day.
