Itinerary description
Fuimos con el grupo de Kath. Es una ruta que hicimos el año pasado. Transcurre por carretera y sendero ancho de campo. Muy fácil, e ideal para toda la familia. Aparte de las vistas de Yunquera detrás y la llegada a Tolox, tiene poco que recomendar. Son 12 km.
We did this route with Kath's group. It is a route we has walked last year, along a cement road and a wide country path. Very easy and suitable for all the family. With the exception of the views behind when leaving Yunquera and Tolox on arrival, it has little to recommend in that way. A total of 12km.

A section of this route is private just on entering the Yunquera territory and I ask that you take your posted route down until you have worked out the proper route. If you go onto google maps and put Yunquera to Tolox and click on the walk, you will see that in fact the walk takes one more hour as it goes up towards la Breña. It is 11.4 km and takes 3 hours and 7 minutes.
The problem occurred when you see 2 iron posts prior to this indicating private property, you go on for a few more minutes and come to a chain and no car entry point. This is because no cars should pass. But this is the walking route. Not the one that goes straight. No cars should pass the iron posts point. Following this uphill you will have great views and eventually go downhill again and to Rio Grande. Please don't make your own routes through private properties. Thank you.
Una sección de esta ruta es privada justo al entrar en territorio Yunquerano, y le pido que baja su ruta publicada hasta que haya determinado la ruta correcta. Si vez a google maps y colocas Yunquera a Tolox y haces clic en la caminata, verás que, de hecho, la caminata dura una hora más, mientras sube hacia la Breña. Son 11,4 km y demoran 3 horas y 7 minutos.
El problema surge cuando ve 2 postes de hierro antes de esto, que indican propiedad privada, continúa unos minutos más y llega a una cadena y hay disco de no entrada de automóvil. Esto es porque ningún coche debería pasar. Pero esta es la ruta a pie. Ningún automóvil o moto debería pasar el punto de los postes de hierro. Siguiendo esta cuesta arriba, disfrutarás de excelentes vistas y, finalmente, descenderás de nuevo hacia Rio Grande. Por favor no crea routas inexistentes atravez de fincas privadas. Gracias.
