Itinerary description
This single track trail was sponsored and prepared by South African National Parks Honorary Rangers commemorating Sylvester the Lion. Trail heads are waypointed. This recording of this trail also includes the circular traversing of parts of the Fossil (interpretive), Rest Camp and Bossie Trails which one can obtain more information about from the reception of the park.
Be sure to carry water, sunhat, wear sunscreen, take warm weather gear and reliable walking shoes. The Sylvester Single Track trail (only on the south section of this track between the waypoints) can be run, walked or mountain biked on and is approximately 1.7 kilometres long.
