Lovely run through Dove Dale, up Thorpe Cloud around Bunster Hill (should’ve gone up it) and back down into Dove Dale. Gorgeous light, far too hot but really enjoyable.

Much of the same longer loop but with a different start which was good. Phone played up in my pocket and ended before we actually finished.
Run from Hilton Aberdeen down to the banks of the river Don and along for 3k then crossing and back up 4k.
Really lovely run along the Wye Valley Walk path to Redbrook and back to Monmouth along the Offa’s Dyke Path. Nice little climb up to the Kymin too.

Lovely run over the fantastic Sharp edge. Bit wet and quite windy today but was sheltered enough apart from the top.
Pen Yr Old Wen, Dafydd, Llewelyn & Yr Elen. We were close to doing the other 2 3000ers but arrived late and wanted to squeeze a climb in. Lovely run, tough ascent and not the fastest decent but weather was perfect today ...
Parking in Lochinver or up the single track Canisp road near Glencanisp lodge where the Suilven car park is. This route going clockwise follows a rough, bouldery 4x4 track gradually uphill, taking a left turn towards Can...

Good run from Barton with a big loop over Warden Hill & Telegraph Hill. Good trails with some pretty tough little ascents.
A loop around the middle in a series of three Welsh reservours in the Elan Valley - managed by Welsh Water and National Heritage. A super day out walking or trail running.
09/06/2018 I made a silly mistake from the first Munro due to the clag: I went north instead of soth-west and had to correct it traversing the slope on grass, scree and small boulders.
A good, short trail run, with all the ascent over and done with early on. Alternatively, a pleasant short walk to this impressive peak overlooking the coastal town of Newport. The craggy top of Carningli provides some en...
Trail Running through Maulden Wood in a snowy day, near Clophill. I normally go Trail Running around Barton/Clophill/Luton/Bedford, if someone is interested in joining just ask!!
A nice run on the Pembrokeshire coastal path from Manorbier beach over to Swanlake beach and then back through the fields. 3 miles in total with some beautiful views.
A good race on a good day when I’m feeling good too. Really good route, a couple of long flat bits but with enough hilly trails to fill the gaps.
Always new areas to explore even when you think you’ve seen everything. Lovely run around the Rivelin reservoirs, Wyming Brook & Rivelin River. First time proper running in a few weeks so was very slow.
Big day. All over the Glyderau with a few before, down to Pen Y Gwryd, up to Pen Y Pass then over Crib Goch & Garnedd Ugain then a fast blast down the tourist track to Llanberis before an emotional ascent back up to Dein...
Soaking, windy and slippery. Really lovely run, beautiful area, can’t believe I’ve never been through here before.
Another awesome North Wales run. Perfect conditions if a little bit windy. Quite busy so held up in places but otherwise a good clean run. The + is because we had to start down the valley and the actual Horsehoe doesn’t ...
A nice loop behind Malham going up Weets Top, having a look at Janet’s Foss and going up Gordale Scar.
A lesser travelled local peak with a tough middle section on non-existent paths but totally isolated, beautiful & serene.
The same run as before just in reverse. Really damp as it’s been raining for 2 days straight but a good run, better this way round in my opinion.
Really enjoyed this tough but reasonably short run from Glen Clova. Some really beautiful views, good trails and 2 Munro’s in the bag.
A short & steep loop out the north side of Tarfside. We ran slow & steady on tired legs but still felt good. Not a soul anywhere!
