    Nice run. Great views between 1st and 3rd kilometer. Optional deviation midway if you want to see a small cave. Nice view of the Saronic gulf along the way. Credits to nikgpan1 for a great recording.

    Circular loop. Starts slightly steep for trail running but the rest is nice with different sceneries. Cave is a nice stop mid way. Made a small mistake on the way back, please ignore.

    Better to start from Moni Kleiston. Too steep for trail running in the beginning. Missed the trail a couple of times. Nice run if you are close to Parnitha. It goes North of cave Panos if you want to try an alternative.
