Nice loop around Isatis from the main Franchard parking. Mostly flat along sandy trials so quite hard going.
Following the blue waymarked path out of Canche aux Merciers through the forest over Le Telegraphe de Noissy and Gorge aux Chats. Nice run with plenty of ups and downs.
Easy loop with a couple of smaller hills round the forest starting from La Vaudoue Trois Pignon car park.
