Short course: out to marshall and back (2.8 km) Medium course: one loop (3.6 km) Long course: two loops (7.2 km)
100km ultramarathon around the beautiful Glass House Mountains. Actual elevation gain and loss are both 2,600m.
Started slow with easy breathing for about 10 laps, started to pick up pace around lap 13. Not too bad of an overall stats run as I woke up wanting to run real slow.
